1. In India, we serve to selected cities. Please check if we deliver to your PIN Code in shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

2. Domestic Orders

A tentative delivery date/time will be given along with the order confirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. Alternatively, registered customers can track their order by clicking Track Order and find the order status.

Express Delivery option available for select PIN Codes for select cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bengaluru) for select products. Under this option, the product will be delivered the next day subject to the condition that the order is placed by 2 PM. For Orders placed after 2 PM, the tentative delivery timelines will be T+2 days. If the delivery timeline falls on a public holiday or Sunday, the timeline for express delivery will be extended by another day. For all other PIN Codes, delivery timeline will be of 5-7 days for domestic orders.

3. All registered customers have the option to track their orders by clicking on Track Order.

4. Cancelled by the customer.

NOTE: In the event that the amount has been deducted from your account, but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest.
